The Build Code QA Difference?
At Build Code QA, all inspections are conducted by Steve Kyte — a fully licensed builder and supervisor with over 40 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction.
Holding a South Australian Building Work Contractor’s Licence (Domestic & Commercial), Building Supervisor Registration, Carpentry Licence and Pest Manager Licence, Steve is uniquely qualified to inspect, assess and formally sign off construction works in accordance with the National Construction Code and local regulations.
Build Code QA inspections are delivered using a proprietary, structured assessment and stage-rating system developed specifically for residential construction quality assurance. This provides objective scoring and detailed photographic reporting — not just observation, but independent professional verification from someone who has built, managed and certified homes to the highest standards.
