Important Information FOR INSPECTION BOOKING
- The construction stage must be fully complete and safe to access on the day.
- If unsure, please confirm readiness with your builder or site supervisor.
- 48 hours’ notice is preferred for all appointments.
- If your build stage is delayed, rescheduling is free.
- Please read the Inspection Agreement and Booking/payment terms and conditions this is in the section you select below .
- Please provide site address, builder name, supervisor contact, and any plans/documents, again this is in the form in your selection below.
Services Available for Booking
- Individual Staged Construction Inspections — Slab, Frame, Brickwork & Roof, Linings & Waterproofing, Second Fix, Handover/PCI.
- Packaged Inspection — 3-Stage, 4-Stage, 5-Stage and 6-Stage full QA build coverage.
- Reinspections / Rectification Checks — Confirm completed works after defects are rectified.
- Construction Supervision — Hourly, half-day or full-day on-site supervision and client representation.
- Minor & Major Sign-Off — Independent verification of structural, waterproofing and completion elements.
- Priority Attendance — Urgent site visit within 24 hours when required.
Travel: A small fee applies beyond 70 km of Golden Grove SA (0.80/km).
Payment: Required to confirm your booking.
Report Delivery: Within 48 hours of the site visit.

Payment Terms: Packaged inspections require a minimum 35% deposit, the remaining 65% is payable in equal instalments payable prior to each stage. Individual inspections require full payment at the time of booking.
